Title: Ergonomics Specialist
Responsibilities: Works with departments to create the best fit possible between each employee and the work they do, in order to reduce or prevent the incidence of work-related injuries. Performs and tracks the efficacy of ergonomic evaluations; maintains the campus Ergonomic Showroom and Ergonomic Loaner Program; provides all campus ergonomic and back safety training classes, including training for Departmental Ergonomic Assessors; manages the Matching Funds program for the purchase of ergonomic supplies.
