Registering a new Laser or Laser Lab

To register a new class 3B, class 4, or embedded laser (a lower class laser with a class 3B or class 4 laser inside), or laser lab, contact the Laser Safety Officer at (831) 459-3541, or email lasersafety@ucsc.edu
