| Safety Welcome to the UCSC General Safety home page, where you'll find information on non-laboratory related occupational safety for employees. The safety department at UCSC is dedicated to the prevention of injuries and illnesses to the campus' employees, students and visitors. We fulfill this mission by providing a wide range of services including ergonomic evaluations of workstations, complaint investigations, safety training, audits of Injury and Illness Prevention Programs, oversight of campus food facilities and more. Our services are free of charge and as close as a mouse click away.
